Student Protection Scheme
Applicable to All Students
(A) ESCROW
All International students are required to, upon registering as a student of the College, sign up for the Student's Protection Scheme (SPS) whereby all tuition fees are paid into an Escrow account maintained by DBS Bank Limited who will administer the payment of fees to the school. Local students (Singaporeans and Permanent Residents) may opt for the Student's Potection Scheme upon registration.
This measure has been introduced to protect students' interest in the event that the school is unable to continue operation due to insolvency, regulatory closure or inability to pay penalties/refund of fees to students arising from judgments made against it by the duly constituted courts in Singapore.
We accept payment via Cashier's Order / Money Order only for International Students. For local students, we accept Personal Cheques / Company Cheques / Cashier's Order / Money Order. All payments to escrow are to be made to Raja's Commercial STFA (Escrow).
You may view our Master Escrow Agreement with DBS Bank Limited here.

(B) Case Approved Student Contract
The student will also be required to read, understand and sign the Standard Student Contract (SSC) prior to the school applying for a Student's Pass on behalf of the student. This is a legally binding contract between the college and its student and incorporates the following:
1 Course details including course title, course duration, entry requirements and qualifications awarded.

- Where the student chooses to leave the course or are asked to leave
- Where the students request for a transfer to another course within the school or to another school
5 Dispute resolution mechanisms.
