WITHDRAWAL POLICY
(A) WHERE SCHOOL FAILS TO FULFILL ITS OBLIGATIONS
The Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to the college of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances:
i The College fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;
ii The College fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date;
iii The College terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course; or
iv The College is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.
Refunds
The College shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student's notice of withdrawal and within 14 days after receiving the notice refund to the Student:
i the entire amount of the Tuition Fees and Deposit; and
ii the Non-Tuition Fees and/or Additional Fees*.
(B) WHERE STUDENT CHOSES NOT TO PURSUE THE COURSE OR ARE ASKED TO LEAVE
All International students are allowed to withdraw from the course signed up. Where students withdraw from a course or are asked to leave the College, the students must follow the following procedures:
i He/she has to inform the college of the intention to leave in writing
ii He/she has to settle all outstanding course fees and other payments, if any.

TRANSFER POLICY
(A) Transfer to Another School
Students requesting for a transfer to another school, must observe the following:
i Request for transfer to another school must be made in writing.
ii He/she has to settle all outstanding course fees and other payments,
iii Students will be required to surrender their student pass to our Administrator.
Refunds
Where a student applies for transfer to another school, he/she will be considered to have withdrawn from the course and the refund policy for course fee and non-tuition fees for "Student who chooses not to pursue the course or are asked to leave" will apply.
(B) Transfer to Another Course at the College
Students may apply for a transfer from one course to another offered at the College not more than 21 days from the commencement date of the original course. All such application must be made in writing. International students will have to apply for a new student visa and the transfer will be effective only when the ICA approves the new student pass application.
Refunds
Where a student transfers to another course in the college, he/she will be considered to have withdrawn from the course and the refund policy for course fee and non-tuition fees for "Student who chooses not to pursue the course or are asked to leave" will apply.
However, the student will be exempted from the following fees for the new course pursued at the College on condition that these were paid in full prior to the application of the transfer :
i Registration fee for the new course.
ii Sponsorship Fee
Should the ICA withdraw the student's pass (STP) from the student, the College will not be held responsible for any refunds.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
It is the responsibility of all students to attend classes regularly and punctually. Tardiness will be noted in the student's record under conduct.
As required by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), all International students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance for any given month. Should the student fail to meet this attendance requirement, it is the responsibility of the College to notify ICA of the lapse without warning.
Failure to attend classes for 10 days or more will result in the College requesting for the termination of the Student's Pass through Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. Upon notification, the College will endeavour to contact the student and failure to reach him / her will result in the College lodging a police report.
Please note that the College takes a very serious view of attendance and no exceptions will be made unless due to medical reasons or bereavement. However, documentary proof must be produced and the school must be notified of absence.
PAYMENT POLICY
For Local Students
The College will accept payments in either cash or cheques only. All cheque payments must be made in favour of Raja's Commercial College Pte Ltd.
For International Students
The College will accept payment of tuition fees, in Singapore Dollars only, either by Cashier's Order or Money Order only. Cash or cheques will not be accepted for tuition fees. All payments must be made in favour of Raja's Commercial STFA (Escrow) only. For non-tuition fees, students are to make payment in cash only.
Students will have no difficulty obtaining Cashier's Orders or Money Orders as there is a bank and a Post Office conveniently located on Level 1 within the building to purchase them.
